Meet the Griffiths
Jonathan and Sarah Griffiths are ordained ministers with The Foursquare Church. They serve as Directors of Member Care with World Indigenous Missions.
With fifteen years of pastoral experience and five years serving as overseas workers with Foursquare Missions International, the Griffiths are thrilled to be working with a global missions group to foster a culture of mutual care. They are certified coaches and bring a mix of skills to support, encourage and empower overseas workers in many regions.
They have four children (David, Charlie, Ransom, and Glory) and can often be found playing disc golf, getting creative, taking walks and enjoying shared meals with family and friends.

What is Member Care?
Member Care is the holistic care of Christian workers to enable their ongoing wellbeing and growth as followers of Jesus in some of the most stressful situations encountered. It’s a team effort, incorporating care providers, sending agencies/churches, partner teams, intercessors and in-field personnel.
Member Care includes regular contact, prayer, in-field visits, debriefing, coordination of care with a team, pastoral care and a lot of coaching practices that empower the worker/family member to discover their best path forward with the Lord.
